We’re all about celebrating local growers and quality ingredients. Headed up by international chef Dylan Clegg, our modern European menu is clean and simple, yet packed with flavour and designed around fresh, seasonal ingredients.

The ISO team is utterly passionate about creating a memorable experience, backed up by killer coffee, drinks and meals. We also proudly support our community, local artists and musicians.

Proudly owned by former world champion masters hydrofoil kiteboarder, there’s a strong element of adventure at ISO. Creativity and flair add a bold touch to everything from the cocktails to the eclectic mix of live music.

Meet the Team

Living life on the edge is an everyday state of being for Isobar creator Matt Taggart. The adventure athlete & world champion kiteboarder is most at home with his feet off the ground – Hang gliding, paragliding, kiteboarding, snowkiting, surfing, or foiling.

Raglan’s vibrant foodie destination is the culmination of years spent stepping out of his comfort zone, & a lifelong passion for bringing people together, inviting spaces, great coffee & food. Isobar is above all a warm and friendly venue designed to enjoy life to the max.

Originally from Argentina, Diego left his hectic life in Buenos Aires to find a more relaxed lifestyle in our peaceful town. Always keen for a chat, he loves sharing good vibes with our customers.

Originally from Sydney, Dylan is calm and quiet in the kitchen, Dylan prefers to let his food make a statement.
“I love working with fresh seasonal produce, sourcing as much of it locally as we can,” he says. “I like to live a healthy lifestyle and try to reflect that in the menu also – keeping things clean and simple, but obviously full of flavour.”
